Counterfit & Sons Bookclub

Seeing as Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons semi-fame has decided to set up a book club that will no doubt eclipse any previous efforts made by Richard and Judy or Oprah, The Counterfit have decided to whip out the Rich Teas, call in the local bowls club and get down and dirty with some classy music literature.

Firstly don’t panic! We haven’t yet figured out a way to broadcast our opinions to you 24/7. On our daily scan through the interweb though we did pick up on the excellent Popjustice’s recommendation of comparemyradio.com. A website where you can type in your musical preferences and discover what radio station you should be tuning into. Ever willing to test our ‘good taste’ through the medium of technology we obediently set out in hope of a broadcaster that would live up to our own sterling example.

Ask any self respecting music fan to sum up Fall Out Boy in ten words and it’s likely the response won’t be “Best pop rock band of a generation, emo or not!” More predictably you’ll often get back: “Bassist’s phallus posted on the internet.
